⸻
1) What is Craft.Social?
Craft.Social is an AI-powered creative platform operated by Dragon Media.
You can:
• chat with AI models using text-based chat;
• generate or transform images, audio, and video;
• create and configure your own chatbots/agents (“User Bots”);
• optionally integrate via API or SDKs.
We offer both free and paid features, including token-based fast-lane access.
⸻
2) Can I chat with AI on iOS and Android?
Yes. You can chat with our text-based AI models on both iOS and Android.
Our mobile apps let you:
• have real-time conversations with AI using text;
• experiment with prompts and ideas on the go;
• (where supported) manage your account and token usage.
Platform-specific features may vary slightly, but the core chat experience is available on both iOS and Android.
⸻
3) What can I create with Craft.Social?
You can use Craft.Social to:
• generate images (art, concepts, thumbnails, etc.);
• generate or transform audio (voice, narration, clips, etc.);
• generate video (short clips, intros, concept reels, etc.);
• chat with AI for ideas, drafting, brainstorming, and more;
• create and customize User Bots with their own instructions and behaviors.
Features may evolve over time as we add or change models.
⸻
4) Do I need tokens to use Craft.Social?
No. All users can generate content without using tokens.
However:
• non-token (free) requests are processed at the lowest priority;
• during busy times, these requests may be slower or queued.
Tokens are used when you want priority processing (“Fast Lane”) or more predictable performance under load.
⸻
5) How does the priority queue work?
When the system is busy, we process requests in this general order:
1. Fast Lane (token-backed requests)
• Highest priority.
• Your requests jump to the front of the queue.
2. Subscribers (active paid subscriptions)
• Higher priority than free, non-token requests.
• More reliable performance during peak times.
3. Free non-token requests
• Lowest priority.
• May experience delays when many users are active.
Exact behavior may vary based on system load and internal safeguards.
⸻
6) How do tokens work, and what do they cost?
Tokens are a unit of usage that give you Fast Lane priority for generation.
Current usage guide:
• 1 image = 2 tokens
• 1 second of audio = 4 tokens
• 1 second of video = 20 tokens
Subscription:
• Weekly subscription: $2.24 per week, includes 200 tokens (auto-renewing).
Token bundles:
• 1,000 tokens — $6.84
• 5,000 tokens — $29.95
• 25,000 tokens — $99.95
• 100,000 tokens — $224.74
Prices and token consumption may be updated over time; see in-app or website pricing for the latest details.
⸻
7) What is the difference between the weekly subscription and token bundles?
Weekly subscription:
• Recurring weekly charge (auto-renewing until you cancel).
• Includes a fixed amount of tokens per week (currently 200).
• Intended for regular users who want consistent access.
Token bundles:
• One-time purchase of a larger block of tokens.
• Good for heavier usage, projects, or agencies.
• Tokens are consumed as you use them; there is no weekly auto top-up.
Both subscription tokens and bundle tokens work the same way inside the system.
⸻
8) Who owns the content I create with Craft.Social?
As explained in the Terms of Service:
• User Materials (including your prompts, uploads, chat logs, outputs, User Bots, etc.)
are assigned or exclusively licensed to Dragon Media to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• This means Dragon Media owns the rights in User Materials, or holds an exclusive license where assignment is not possible.
• You receive a non-exclusive license to use the outputs and your User Bots for your own purposes (including business use).
You do not receive exclusive ownership of outputs, even if you pay for tokens, hold a subscription, or watch ads.
Others may receive similar or identical outputs due to the nature of generative AI.
For full details, please refer to Section 6 of the Terms of Service.
⸻
9) Can I use the outputs commercially?
Generally, yes — subject to the Terms and applicable law.
You receive a non-exclusive license to:
• use outputs and your User Bots for personal or commercial projects;
• incorporate outputs into your own products, services, or content.
However:
• you do not get exclusive rights to any output;
• you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, likeness, music rights);
• some use cases may be restricted by our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you need legal certainty for a particular use case, consult qualified legal counsel.
⸻
10) Are my chats and content private or confidential?
No. User Materials are not treated as confidential.
In line with the Terms and Privacy Policy:
• we may log and store prompts, uploads, chat logs, and outputs;
• we may use them for model training, evaluation, analytics, safety, and product improvement;
• we may also use them for commercial and non-commercial purposes we deem beneficial to the company.
You should NOT submit confidential, sensitive, or legally protected information (such as medical records, passwords, or data you are not allowed to share).
⸻
11) How do you handle personal data and privacy?
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail:
• what personal data we collect (e.g., account details, usage data, logs);
• how we use it (operating the Service, safety, analytics, improvements, and, where allowed, marketing);
• how we share data with service providers and partners;
• your rights (access, deletion, etc.), where available under local law.
Key points:
• we may process data in the UAE and other countries;
• we use technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure;
• we may use User Materials (which are not confidential) to improve models and the Service.
Please review the full Privacy Policy for details.
⸻
12) Do you store my chats, prompts, and outputs?
Yes.
We generally store:
• chat logs, prompts, uploads, and outputs;
• logs and metadata (timestamps, IP, device info, etc.);
• configuration and training data for User Bots.
We use this data to:
• provide and operate the Service;
• investigate abuse or technical issues;
• train and evaluate models;
• improve safety, quality, and reliability.
Retention periods may vary; see the Privacy Policy for more information.
⸻
13) Are there any content or usage restrictions?
Yes. Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) restricts certain uses, including but not limited to:
• illegal content or activities;
• harassment, hate, extremism, or incitement to violence;
• sexual content involving minors or sexual exploitation;
• malware, exploits, spam, or automated abuse;
• attempts to reverse engineer models or extract datasets;
• submitting special category personal data (e.g., health, biometrics) or others’ personal data
without a lawful basis and required consent.
We may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate the AUP.
⸻
14) What is the minimum age requirement?
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to:
• create an account;
• purchase tokens or subscriptions;
• use the API.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service,
contact us so we can review and, where required, delete their data.
⸻
15) How do subscriptions, renewal, and refunds work?
Subscriptions:
• renew automatically at the stated interval (currently weekly) until you cancel;
• can typically be managed in your account settings or via the app store (iOS/Android) you used to subscribe.
Refunds:
• as stated in the Terms, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law;
• we may, at our discretion, provide courtesy credits, but we are not obligated to do so.
Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension or termination.
⸻
16) Can I turn off training or data use for my content?
At this time, the Service is designed with the assumption that User Materials may be used for training, evaluation,
and improvement as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
If you cannot allow such usage (for example, for regulatory or contractual reasons), you should NOT submit that
data to the Service.
Future product offerings or plans (if any) with different data-handling rules will be described separately.
⸻
17) What happens if I break the rules?
If we detect or reasonably believe that you are violating the Terms, AUP, or law, we may:
• warn you or request changes to your behavior;
• temporarily limit, throttle, or suspend your access;
• terminate your account and/or revoke API access;
• cooperate with relevant authorities where required.
Serious breaches (e.g., criminal activity, extreme abuse) may lead to immediate suspension without prior notice.
⸻
18) How do I contact support or report an issue?
